Return Policy

If you are in any way unsatisfied with any product purchased at the Ski The East Store you can return the unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Any product returned that has been "opened" (such as a t-shit or hat with no hang tag) or appears "worn" (such as a t-shirt that has been washed or is dirty) will not be granted either a refund or exchange. The appearance of "opened" and "worn" are at the discretion of Ski The East LLC.

I want...

An Exchange:  Returned items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color. You are responsible for shipment costs incurred while returning the product to Ski The East. We will cover the additional fees for the shipment of the new item back to you.  You're worth it.  And you're welcome!

A Refund: A restocking fee of 15% will be issued and initial shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. You are responsible for any shipment costs incurred while returning the product to Ski The East. Your money will be refunded directly to the credit card that you used for your purchase.
