High Fives Foundation and Heady Topper Unite

The Alchemist Brewery Hosts Fundraiser Oct 28
Editor's Note: When two groups as fine as the Alchemist Brewery and the High Fives Foundation get together for an event in our backyard, you best believe we'll "hop" on board. In addition to the below, you'll also be able to pick up Ski The East gear, stickers and Meathead Films at the event. Scope the press release and flyer and say hi to Waterbury native son Roy Tuscany when you're there. - AK

Enjoy “Heady Topper” at High Fives on Tap at the Alchemist Brewery

Proceeds benefit the High Fives Foundation, a Tahoe-based 501(c)(3) non-profit
supporting injured winter action sports athletes

The High Fives Foundation (co-founded by Waterbury, VT native Roy Tuscany) is happy to announce it has partnered with the Alchemist Brewery in Waterbury, VT to put on the first informative fundraiser in the area. The day will include beer samplings of the World Famous “Heady Topper” beer, videos by the High Fives Foundation, samplings from Cabot Creamery Cooperative, vendor tents, and amazing items in both the raffle and the silent auction. This will be a great way to learn about the positive progress the Foundation has been making over the past three years in its pursuit of assisting winter action sports athletes who suffer from life-altering injury.

"We are looking forward to the first event at the new Alchemist Brewery and Cannery,” says Jen Kimmich (Co-owner, The Alchemist Brewery) “Since Roy Tuscany is a Vermont native, it is a natural fit for us to raise money awareness for such a great cause while showcasing the ‘Heady Topper’ and enjoying fall in New England!”
