I heard they're comming out with a binding that can slide from center mount to classic stance. Any one know if they are reliable or have comments on them?

not so far fetched. the ol' marker motion system (maybe the current one too). you could offset your stance by attaching the toepiece to the screw first, making a couple turns and giving it a head start, then attaching the heal piece. now, the plate was already set up for classic stance so getting close to center wasn't really possible. which brings up the need for a plate... if they could make a tiny one, not so bulky, and with no noticeable rise, then it would be awesome.

I've heard of these. They sound sick for poor skiers like me who want two skis in one.
This is the official marker site.

This is the first google link to a website in the UK that will be selling them for £205.53 which is about $338. Not too bad, wonder what shipping from the UK is like though....
