Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. The following options are available at checkout for USA shipments and prices automatically calculated based on weight and destination:

Tracking information will be emailed for all shipments. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your shipping label has been created. Please let us know if you do not for some reason... typically it means that you have entered an incorrect email address during checkout.

Absolutely. To ensure maximum security, the Ski The East Store uses a 128 bit SSL certificate, the same encryption device that many online banks use. We do not store credit card data. Your billing information is only used to complete your most recent purchase.
