As you might’ve read about, the USPS is in total gridlock right now due to: insane volume, low staff, bad weather, and the global pandemic.
If you received USPS Tracking info and your status has been stuck in the “Pre-Shipment” phase, please know that your package has been handed off from our warehouse to the Post Office on the date stated on the tracking page.
We wish we had more visibility into the exact location of your package, but we can only see the same tracking info that you do. If you'd like to research more details on your package please:
• Call or visit your local Post Office
• Sign up for auto-updates on the USPS website.
Of course, if the timing doesn’t work out for you, we’re more than happy to accept your return for a refund. After you package arrives, you can use our normal self-service returns process available on our website.
As a reminder, we cannot cancel orders that have already left our warehouse and are in-transit with the USPS.
