Do international orders receive free shipping for purchases over $75?
As much as we’d love to, we unfortunately do not provide free shipping for international orders. We currently only offer free shipping on orders over $75 for domestic packages sent within the U.S.A. The cost for us to ship an international order of any size is too expensive for us to absorb at this time.
Do international orders receive free returns and exchanges?
Returns: We unfortunately do not provide free returns/pre-paid shipping labels for international orders. We currently only offer this feature for domestic packages returned within the U.S. The cost for us to pay for returns for an international shipment of any size is too expensive for us to absorb at this time.
For return shipments:
To initiate an international return please start your process here. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed using the carrier of your choice, preferably one with tracking. At this time, any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return item(s) back to Ski The East (see more info above). However, Ski The East does offer free shipping for the exchanged item(s) back to the customer. You're welcome, and you're worth it!

How does the Ski The East online store calculate international shipping costs?
We determine shipping costs through direct integration with the United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping rates calculator. All shipping costs are quoted based on weight, size, zip code, and a flat rate handling fee. Duties and Taxes not covered by Ski The East on international shipments.
What carrier do you use to ship?
Your international order through the Ski The East online store is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer tracking information for all shipments except if you only order stickers. You should receive an automated email with a tracking number once your shipping label has been created. Please let us know if you do not for some reason.... typically it means that you have entered an incorrect email address during checkout, or in the more uncommon scenario, your order was not successfully processed.
Please factor 1-2 business days for order processing, in addition to the First Class International or Priority International transit time of about 1 week depending how far across the globe you live from Vermont.
On occasion, international packages may be held at Customs for an undetermined amount of time and delay the shipment.
