We take great pride in offering the most radical apparel and accessories. If you don’t look better, feel better and lead a more rich and fulfilling life after purchasing from us, please return your items for a refund.


• Orders are eligible for a return up to 90 days after it has shipped.
• FREE pre-paid return labels? Yup! You're worth it and you're welcome! (Applies to U.S. orders only. For international orders CLICK HERE)
• Please note: initial shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded with returns or exchanges

• Any product returned that appears “worn” (such as a t-shirt that has been washed or has your dog’s puke on it), is missing hang tags, or is not in its original packaging will not be granted either a refund or exchange

• The appearance of “worn” is at the discretion and mercy of Ski The East’s Eagle Eye™

Exchanges - Want the same rad item but in a different size?


Bulked up at the gym a little more than you thought? That tee color not blending well with your mullet? No problemo. Our exchanges are quick and easy.

  • Make sure to select "Did Not Fit" when initiating your return. Make sure to select the "Exchange" option and the new size you are requesting and click “complete return”.
  • Make sure to review the details and ensure the shipping info and email address are correct. Then hit confirm and you will be all set. Easy and fast!
  • Please note that your exchange will not ship out until the returned item is received in at our third party fulfillment center, so the sooner you drop off the package the sooner you’ll have your new size.
  • Limit one exchange per order.

Exchanges - Want something else (item/color)?


Want to exchange for a different color or style? No problemo. Our "fast exchanges" are processed as new orders.

  • Initiate a return online using the "return" feature to request a refund.
  • Then simply go back into our online store and place a new order for the item you would like. This ensures you get the item you need ASAP. You will receive a confirmation email of your refunded item once it is processed by us. Easy and fast!
  • We sell out of sizes/styles pretty fast so immediately placing a new order ensures that you'll get the new product quickly and it won't go out of stock while you wait.
  • Purchased something using a discount code? Hit up Customer Service at 802-871-5133 or service@skitheeast.net to have the sale price honored.

Once we receive your return, we inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Our goal is to process your return within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional 3 business days to post to your account. Given shipping and processing time, the return process can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

Final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).


As of now, unfortunately pre-paid return shipping labels are not available for international orders due to high shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, the shipment of the new exchanged item shipped back to you will be FREE. For our international policies, CLICK HERE


We try our best to ensure quality control and safe passage for all our products. If you received a product that is damaged upon receipt, first of all, major bummer, and we sincerely apologize. If you received a product that is not what you ordered, again our apologies. We still hand pack orders in Massachusetts via humans rather than robots, and humans make mistakes.

If you purchased an item that qualified you for a free gift, you must return both items to recieve a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, you will be charged the full retail value of the gift.


Once every few Nor'Easter storms there is someone unlucky enough to have received an order that is missing an item. Consider yourself the unlucky recipient of this extremely rare package, and our sincerest apologies.
